What about paid plans?
They are in development, aimed at larger organisations that need things a small team does not: administrative control across many workspaces, single sign-on, and support commitments. We would rather publish a price we can stand behind than a placeholder table with three columns and a “contact sales” button.
If you are evaluating Samudaia for a large team, tell us what you need and we will be straight with you about what exists today.
What you are not paying for
- Spatial audio: Samudaia does not have distance-based volume today.
- Large events: rooms are for working conversations, not 200-person all-hands.
- External guests: conversations are for members of your workspace.

Frequently asked questions
- How much does Samudaia cost?
- Nothing to start. You can create a workspace, invite your team and use the whole office (walk-in video rooms, presence, screen sharing, background blur, the whiteboard and room chat) without paying and without a credit card.
- Is there a catch, a trial period or a card required?
- No card, no trial clock. Paid plans for larger organisations are in development, and we will publish the details here before anything changes for existing workspaces.
- How many people can I invite?
- Enough for a working team. If you are planning to bring in a large organisation, contact us first so we can talk about what you need.
- Will the free plan stay free?
- That is the intention: a team-sized workspace should not need a purchase order. If that ever changes for existing workspaces you will hear it from us first, not from a billing page.
- Do you offer a discount for non-profits or education?
- Get in touch and tell us about your team. There is nothing to discount yet, but it helps us know who is using it.
